Beware of unauthorized websites posing as travel and registration sites for the 2018 ACAAI Annual Scientific Meeting. Official ACAAI registration and sleeping room information is available below.

The College’s official Annual Meeting site is and our official/authorized housing provider is OnPeak. No other company is affiliated with or endorsed by the College, and no other company is authorized to confirm your registration or hotel sleeping room reservation on behalf of the College.

Medical meetings are often targeted by scammers and unauthorized companies who can put you at risk. Please do not fall victim to the costly consequences of doing business with them.



The ACAAI Annual Meeting will be held at the Washington State Convention Center and the Sheraton Seattle Hotel. The convention hotels include the Sheraton Seattle (Headquarters Hotel), Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Olive 8 and Hilton Seattle hotels. All hotels are within walking distance to the Convention Center.

Hotel reservations must be made through the ACAAI Housing Bureau either online or by phone. A credit card guarantee is required. The hotels will not accept reservations directly.

The deadline for reservations is Monday, October 15, 2018.

Hotel reservations / rate availability are not guaranteed after the room block is full or after October 15, 2018. Please register early – only a limited number of rooms are available at each hotel.

Warning! onPeak is the only official hotel provider associated with the ACAAI Annual Meeting. We have received reports that other companies are posing as official travel vendors for the Annual Meeting and may contact you offering hotels for your trip. They are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with such companies is not advised.

Child Care Services

Please contact the concierge at the hotel at which you are staying for a list of bonded independent babysitters and babysitting agencies. Note: Children under 12 are not admitted to the Scientific Sessions or the exhibit area.

Your registration fee includes access to all general sessions including symposia, plenaries, oral and e-poster abstract sessions, pro/con debates, ask the expert roundtables, product theaters, and corporate forums, as well as the exhibit hall and various social events. It does not include the optional Thursday program, literature review course, workshops or other courses with a separate registration fee.

Registration as an allied health practitioner includes access to the Allied Health Professionals Course and the Advanced Practice Healthcare Providers Course, as well as all general sessions and other non-ticketed events.

Because of limited seating capacity, admission to all general sessions and symposia will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is not required unless otherwise noted.

To make it easier for participants to identify Annual Meeting sessions that are relevant to their practice, the College has identified nine critical areas for allergy and immunology. These nine areas make up the Annual Meeting Track System.

In addition, a special FIT Track has been established to identify educational sessions with particular relevance to allergists at this stage in their training. FITs are recommended to consider attending these sessions, listed on the FIT Track page.
