Explore the registration program:
The general registration fee includes access to Plenary Sessions, Symposia, Concurrent Sessions, Poster Sessions, the Exhibit Hall and various social events. It does not include the optional Thursday Program, Literature Review, Fundraising Dinner, “Meet the Professor” Breakfasts, Workshops or other courses with a separate registration fee.
Because of limited seating capacity, admission to all general sessions and symposia will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is not required unless otherwise noted.
NOTE: Children under 12 are not admitted to the Scientific Sessions or the exhibit area.

ALLIANCE MEMBER / SPOUSE / GUEST REGISTRATION
There will be separate places to register your Spouse and/or Guests during your registration.
Please note: CME, or other educational credit, is not available for an Alliance Member/Spouse/Guest registration. If your Spouse/Guest wants educational credit, please register them separately as a regular attendee.
Alliance Members: If your spouse is already registered, please login to their registration and add yourself as a Spouse registration.
The Meeting Registration Desk will be in the Hall C Lobby of the Hynes Convention Center.
The meeting will be held at the Hynes Convention Center and the Sheraton Boston Hotel.

NPI NUMBER AT ANNUAL MEETING
To help exhibitors and sponsors comply with federal healthcare laws, ACAAI is asking U.S. healthcare provider attendees to supply their 10-digit NPI (National Provider Identifier) number.
If you have already given your number to ACAAI, it will automatically appear in your registration information. If you have not supplied this number, you can add it when you register.
The number will be part of the information embedded in your badge’s barcode but will not be printed on the badge.
NPI numbers are public information. If you do not know your NPI number, you can search for it by clicking here.

INVITATION LETTER FOR ANNUAL MEETING
For international attendees only.
To request a VISA letter, you must be registered first. Please register for the Annual Meeting then send a request to KellyBurns@acaai.org after you have completed your registration and received a Meeting Confirmation/Receipt.
The letter will be sent to you by email after you have completed your registration and is subject to approval by office staff.
You must be registered for the Annual Meeting to receive a letter.
Please note, since the letter is an invitation for attendance to a Scientific Meeting for educational purposes, it is only issued to scientific attendees (doctors, nurses and other medical professionals) and not for Spouses or Guests.
CONFIRMATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Online registrants are urged to print the confirmation screen and the email confirmation sent at the end of the online registration process. Please bring your confirmation to the meeting as this is proof that you are registered.
If you need to cancel your meeting registration, you may receive a refund if your cancellation request is received in writing (mail, fax or email) before October 2, 2017, minus a $75 administration charge. No refunds of $5.00 or less will be made.
Changes after you are already registered:
To add workshops or spouse/guest registrations after initial payment is made, please visit the Attendee Service Center. Instructions and the link will be in your email confirmation. For other changes to your meeting registration, please contact the ACAAI meeting registration department at firstname.lastname@example.org

The College is dedicated to being “green.” All syllabi and handouts will be posted online approximately one week prior to the meeting for you to download or print. Paper copies will not be distributed at the meeting. A printed course syllabus for the full-day Literature Review Program will be provided to those who are registered to attend the program.
