ACAAI 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting - Proposal Submissions

The College invites you to submit a session proposal for the ACAAI 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting.

The ACAAI is committed to providing the leading Allergy/Immunology educational program each year and your insights into the development of the 2020 Annual Meeting will help us achieve this goal.

Deadline for Session Proposal submissions: January 1, 2020, 11:59 pm (CST)


Submitted proposals are reviewed by track in keeping with the overall theme of the meeting. The proposals are vetted at several levels and final selection is based on Program Committee consensus. The Program Committee may accept proposals as submitted and/or revise various aspects of proposals (title, learning objectives, format, proposed speakers etc.).

November 12-16, 2020 - Phoenix, Arizona
Submission Deadline: January 1, 2020

PROPOSALS SHOULD…

  • Echo the theme of the meeting: The Changing Practice Landscape: Rising to the Challenge
  • Reflect clinical innovation and cutting-edge research.
  • Convey best practices in allergy and immunology.
  • Present evidence-based medicine.
  • Stimulate discussion and challenge mindsets.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

  1. Enter the title, description and learning objective(s) for your proposed session (minimum of one objective per presentation).
  2. Enter presentation topics and recommend a speaker. 
  3. Select a session format from the following:

    General Meeting Session
    Workshop (Hands-on only)
    Office Administrators Program
    Advanced Practice Program
    Allied Health Program
  1. Enter a track designation 
  2. NEW  Enter the name of the ACAAI Committee/Subcommittee/Task Group from where the Session Proposal was developed.
