PAYMENT OF SPACE
ACAAI must receive a 50% deposit of the total booth price with the online booth registration before booth space will be assigned (check/wire payments must be received within 10 days). The remaining 50% balance must be received by August 28, 2026. If booth registration is submitted after August 28, 2026 it must be accompanied by payment of 100% of the total booth price. (payable in US Funds and drawn on a US Bank).

The online application, when accompanied by the required deposit and approved by ACAAI, shall become a binding contract in accordance with the terms of agreement and all Rules and Regulations.
