Housing Information
The ACAAI Annual Meeting will be held in the North Building of the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, AZ. The convention hotels include the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, Hyatt Regency Phoenix and the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown hotels. All hotels are within walking distance to the convention center.
Hotel reservations must be made through onPeak (the official ACAAI Housing Bureau) either online or by phone. A credit card guarantee is required. The hotels will not accept reservations directly.

Hotel reservations/rate availability are not guaranteed after the room block is full or after
October 12, 2026. Please register early – only a limited number of rooms are available at each hotel.
Warning! onPeak is the only official hotel provider associated with the ACAAI Annual Meeting. We have received reports that other companies are posing as official travel vendors for the Annual Meeting and may contact you offering hotels for your trip. They are not endorsed by or affiliated with ACAAI or the Annual Meeting, and entering into financial agreements with such companies is not advised.
