PROPOSALS SHOULD…

  • Echo the theme of the meeting: Inspiring Vision

  • Reflect clinical innovation and cutting-edge research.

  • Convey best practices in allergy and immunology.

  • Present evidence-based medicine.

  • Stimulate discussion and challenge mindsets.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

  1. Enter the title, description and learning objective(s) for your proposed presentation (minimum of one objective per presentation).

  2. Enter presentation title and recommend a speaker for each topic.

  3. Select a session format from the following:

  • Clinical Conundrum (max. 3 Speakers)
  • Interdisciplinary Panel Session (max. 4 Speakers)
  • Practical Applications at Work Seminar (max. 3 Speakers)
  • Symposium (max. 3 Speakers)
  • Debate ProCon
  • Workshop (Hands-on Training)

  1. Enter a track designation 

  2. Name and email of suggested Moderators/Speakers

  3. If applicable, identify the name of the ACAAI Science Committee submitting the Proposal.


TIMELINE

Deadline for ACAAI Committee Session Proposal submissions: December 10, 2025 - 5:00 pm (CT)
Deadline for Public Session Proposal submissions: January 10, 2026 - 5:00 pm (CT)

Submitted proposals are reviewed by track in keeping with the overall theme of the meeting. The proposals are vetted at several levels and final selection is based on Program Committee consensus. The Program Committee may accept proposals as submitted and/or revise various aspects of proposals (title, learning objectives, format, proposed speakers etc.).
