Submit a 2027 Session Proposal

PROPOSALS SHOULD…

• Echo the theme of the meeting: From Evidence to Excellence

• Reflect clinical innovation and cutting-edge research.

• Convey best practices in allergy and immunology.

• Present evidence-based medicine.

• Stimulate discussion and challenge mindsets.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

1.  Enter the title, description and learning objective(s) for your proposed presentation (minimum of one objective per presentation).

2.  Enter presentation title and recommend a speaker for each topic.

3.  Select a session format from the following:

SESSION FORMATS

• Ask the Experts Roundtables (5-6 Presenters)
• Clinical Conundrum (max. 3 Speakers)
  Case-based presentations which engage the Attendees by posing "What would you do next?" questions within the presentation to be answered by Attendees through the Annual Meeting app during the session.
• Interdisciplinary Panel Session (max. 4 Speakers)
• Practical Applications at Work Seminar (max. 3 Speakers)
  Engages the session Attendees throughout the session/presentation by posing multiple-choice questions throughout each presentation on the use of available clinical guidelines.
• Symposium (max. 3 Speakers)
• Hands-on Workshop (Training)

4.  Enter a Track Designation.

5.  Input the Names and email addresses for each proposed session participant.

6.  If applicable, include the name of the ACAAI Science Committee submitting the proposal.

7.  Identify how you believe ACAAI Annual Meeting Attendees will benefit from this session.

TIMELINE

Deadline for Public Session Proposal submissions: January 10, 2027 - 5:00 pm (CT)

Submitted proposals are reviewed by track in keeping with the overall theme of the meeting. The proposals are vetted at several levels and final selection is based on Program Committee consensus. The Program Committee may accept proposals as submitted and/or revise various aspects of proposals (title, learning objectives, format, proposed speakers etc.).
