Q: How do I access the virtual meeting?

A: Click this link and login with the email you used to register. No password is needed.

Before logging in, consider running the system check in order to confirm that your device meets the technical requirements to participate.


Q: What should I do if I need assistance or have a question during the meeting?

A: If you're logged into the virtual meeting, you can visit the Help Desk for technical support and meeting questions. Get there by clicking the Help Desk icon on your navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, or select Help Desk from the menu in the Lobby.

If you need assistance logging into the meeting, email registration@acaai.org or call the ACAAI main office at (847) 427-1200.


Q: During what hours will the sessions take place?

A: The virtual meeting program will be held on the following dates. All times listed on the Annual Meeting website are in Central Standard Time (CST).

Saturday, November 14th
7:00 am (CST) – 7:15 pm (CST)

Sunday, November 15th

Q: I want to watch a session, but I have a conflict at the time it is scheduled for. Can I catch up later?

A: Yes! Recorded sessions become available immediately at the listed time and can be viewed at your leisure. Live sessions will be recorded and made available for viewing within 12 hours.


Q: Will there be live Q&A during the sessions?

A: Select live sessions will have Q&A following the presentations. Recorded+ sessions will include online chat with session faculty following the presentations.


Q: If I’m an ACAAI member entitled to free access, do I need to register?

A: Yes, in order to access the virtual Annual Meeting, members must register at annualmeeting.acaai.org. Don’t forget to select the Annual Literature Review Course, Allied Health, and Advanced Practice programs on the Optional Workshops page if you plan to attend these.

Please note that registration closed Monday, November 9. No registrations or additions can be made after that date.


Q: Can I still earn educational credit from the virtual Annual Meeting?

A: Yes, physicians and nurses can still earn credit for attending by completing the session evaluations and claiming credit. Due to the virtual format of this year’s Annual Meeting, ACAAI will not be designating any 2020 Annual Meeting sessions for MOC Part II Self-assessment Credit. However, you'll find other opportunities to earn MOC Part II Self-assessment credit at the College Learning Connection.

The virtual meeting is considered a live activity scheduled for the dates of November 13 – 15. In order to earn credit, you must log into the meeting during those dates. Credit claimed should be commensurate with your participation during that period.

Important: Allied health and advanced practitioners who wish to receive educational credit must select the Allied Health Professionals Course and/or the Advanced Practice Health Care Providers Course on the Optional Workshops page when registering.


Q: How long after the end of the virtual meeting will I be able to access content like recorded sessions, e-posters and exhibit booths?

A: Online access to the ACAAI Annual Scientific Meeting, including all recorded sessions and the virtual exhibit hall, will be available until February 6, 2021.

Online access to the e-posters will be available for six months following the end of the ACAAI 2020 Annual Meeting.
