Q. How will I join the Livestream?
A. Livestream registrants will use the link above to gather in an Adobe Connect virtual seminar room to participate in the Annual Meeting together in real-time. The best experience will be on a PC using any modern browser.

Q. What are the minimum system requirements?
A. On a PC, you can use any modern browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge) to participate – no download or install required. Click here if you would like to test your PC and browser to assure compatibility with Adobe Connect. Adobe Connect’s minimum requirements for your Windows PC: Intel Core i5 (or faster) processor; Windows 10, 8.1, or 7; 2 GB of RAM (4 GB recommended). For a Mac PC: Intel Core i5 (or faster) processor; Mac OS X 10.13, 10.14 and 10.15; 2 GB of RAM (4 GB recommended)..

Q. Can I use a tablet or mobile phone to participate?
A. Yes. However, the best experience will be to use a browser on a PC. If you prefer to use a tablet or phone, you will have a better experience if you USE THE WEB BROWSER ON YOUR DEVICE. We do NOT recommend using the Adobe Connect App your tablet or phone. .

Q. How do I ask questions and engage with the speaker and other participants during the Livestream?
A. You will use the same online question submission tool as your colleagues attending in person. That tool has been integrated into the Livestream experience, making it easy for you to type in your questions. (Note that there may not be time for all questions in all sessions). You will have the added benefit of being able to chat with your fellow Livestream attendees about the presentations too.

Q. Will the e-posters session be broadcast during the Livestream?
A. The e-posters will not be part of the Livestream broadcast. However, your Livestream registration gives you access to the e-posters after 7:00 AM on Friday. To view them, please visit the ePosters Website. You will also receive access to the On Demand version of the meeting. Please click here to learn more about the On Demand modules.

Q. Will I be able to view recordings of the sessions after the Livestream is over?
A. Yes, all the Livestream sessions are being recorded and will be accessible from this page shortly after each day has concluded. (Note that CME credit is only available for LIVE participation. No CME can be claimed for watching the recordings.) NOTE that the recordings will only be available until 1:00 PM (Eastern) on Monday, October 28. After that, you can view the On Demand recordings. Q. How do I claim my CME credits?
A. Once a session you wish to claim is over, please go to https://annualmeeting.acaai.org/livestream_service_center.cfm and follow the directions there to complete the session evaluation and claim your credits.
