The Annual Meeting is returning LIVE for 2021 and so is our Livestream of select sessions!

Even if you can’t travel to New Orleans, you can still join the Annual Meeting via our Livestream. In addition to viewing the presentations and streaming audio and video, you can submit questions to speakers and chat with fellow Livestream attendees.

You may register for Livestream Access, or as an in-person Attendee of the meeting, but not both.
It is one or the other.

The Livestream package includes:

  • Live broadcast of speakers and slides from the Saturday (11/6), Sunday (11/7), and Monday (11/8) plenary and symposia sessions (see sessions listing below)
  • Live broadcast of speakers and slides from the Thursday Program Sessions on (11/4) and/or the Literature Review Sessions on Friday (11/5) (purchased separately)
  • Livestream viewing of the Opening Ceremonies and the College Business Meeting
  • The ability to submit questions to be included during session Q&A and discuss topics with your fellow Livestream participants
  • Access to the recordings of the Livestream sessions after the Annual Meeting concludes
  • Access to ePosters
  • Access to the 2021 On Demand Annual Meeting program which will provide you with recordings of almost the entire meeting of more than 60 hours of great content and additional credit
  • Up to 29.25 CME credits based on your participation in the Livestream program

Adobe Connect also has Apps you can download to your smartphone or tablet to participate.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

Q. Is this the same as the Virtual Meeting held in 2020?
A. The Livestream does not work like the Virtual Meeting solution we used in 2020 during the COVID crises. In 2021, we are returning to the platform we have used in previous years. Livestream registrants will gather in an Adobe Connect virtual seminar room to participate in the Annual Meeting together in real-time. Q. How do I ask questions and engage with the speaker and other participants during the Livestream?
A. You may chat with other participants and ask questions of the presenters using the Livestream Chat Pod. Questions will be provided to the moderator during the Q&A portion of the session. (Note that there may not be time for all questions in all sessions).

Q. Will I be able to view recordings of the sessions after the Livestream is over?
A. Yes, all the Livestream sessions are being recorded and will be accessible from the Interactive Schedule shortly after the event has concluded. (Note that CME credit is only available for LIVE participation. No CME can be claimed for watching the recordings.)

Q. Will there be someone to assist me if I encounter issues during the Livestream?
A. Yes, the contractor supporting the Livestream will be available for immediate response via email during all Livestream sessions.
